Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. The Basket Shop will apply the No Refund Policy. As our customer, you agree and recognize our ‘No Refund Policy’ and will not be entitled to a refund on any purchase under any circumstances.

Return Policy
The following is the Return Policy of The Basket Shop and our customer/s may apply a return requests after shipment/ receipt of goods:

All goods sold are non-refundable except if they are under these situation;

(i) Failed Delivery,
(ii) Wrong Delivery and,
(iii) Goods Damaged During Delivery.

Only for product that have been purchased directly from The Basket Shop website @ www.thebasketshop.com are eligible for a return.

Any of The Basket Shop products ordered through a 3rd Party vendor/retailers or online platform, will not eligible for this policy and must be in accordance to the respective retailers’ returns and refunds policy.

Goods are eligible for a return if the following are applied:

Incorrect:
The product is not the one you ordered. Wrong size or weight or the type of product is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing item/s inside the packaging.

Damaged:
The product is found to be damaged upon receiving (but not due to natural happening e.g., storm/rain, spoilt by pest during delivery by 3rd party). Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges to return goods. Returns are applicable only based on the The Basket Shop online store product.

Returned Products & Items must meet the following requirements:

• The product must be shipped back to us within 5 working days upon receiving of item (please keep prove of postal/courier bill and receipt).
• You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
• Product must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

Change of order and cancellation of order will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed. Any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted. The ‘No Refund Policy’ of The Basket Shop apply.

The Basket Shop reserve the right to reject any cancellation or refund that deemed unfit or unreasonable.

The Basket Shop reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time if deemed necessary, in which no prior notification or approval from the customer is required.
